In-home ABA Therapy
In-home ABA Therapy is provided within the child's natural environments by a team of professionals* trained in the science and application of behavior analysis. By providing the therapy in the child's home and community, skills learned throughout the therapy process are most likely to occur naturally within vital environments. Additionally, family and other natural supports are able to observe and partake in the treatment process, allowing for maximized learning for both the child and their caregivers.
Center-based ABA Therapy
When services cannot be provided in the home or are more appropriately provided within a clinical environment, center-based services can be offered. Much like in-home services, center-based services focus of teaching the child pivotal skills necessary for success. Therapy is provided on a 1:1 basis by a trained RBT. Additionally, multiple service providers from differing professions can interact and treat a child in a single environment in one day, allowing for a wrap-around approach that can maximize the effectiveness of service provision.
Consultation Services
Intervention to Training
Behavior Innovations presents an ABA-based program PBTP (Positive Behavior Training Program) for parents of children with behavior challenges.
The goals of this program are to:
Provide training and support to parents of children/adolescents who present with the following challenges at home, school, or other locations:
- difficulties focusing / completing tasks
- difficulties making friends / social skills
- difficulties managing emotions or difficult situations
- severe emotional outbursts / aggression
- difficulty listening or follow directions

Highlights of our Program
- We are a group of Licensed, Board Certified Behavior Analysts in the State of Virginia
- We use Evidence-Based Practices to empower and teach / train parents of children who present with the above behavior difficulties to deal effectively with the struggles of childhood and adolescence.
- We provide short-duration, intensive training to parents using principles of ABA such as positive behavior support, reinforcement, and effective disciplinary strategies that provide parents with the tools to bring about positive changes in their children’s behavior difficulties leading to immediate and long-term resolution of the issues.
This service is not covered by insurance and will be provided through private pay consultation model. Training and supports will be provided in the offices located in Fredericksburg and Woodbridge and in the family home. The expected duration of the training and intervention can be between 10-20 hours including assessment, consultation, and training.

Supervision for individuals pursuing BCBA / BCaBA / RBT Certification
Behavior Innovations also provides supervision for those pursuing BCBA / BCaBA / RBT certifications. Our supervision services include:
- Remote and in person supervision
- Group and individual supervision
- Ongoing supervision for BCaBAs / RBTs

Services in School
Behavior Innovations provided trained staff to provide services in schools if approved and authorized by school district.
All ABA Therapy is provided by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) who is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®). These designations are earned following the completion of educational and experiential requirements as determined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®).
